Can anybody help me out with the salary and grade structure for non executive staff(worker level) in maufacturing organisation(those working in plant /manufacturing process)???

When you decide on the salary for workers, always keep in mind that it should not violate the minimum wage laws applicable in the state, and the grade should be assigned based on your company's grading system.
