Hi all!
Kindly help me with the following points.
Ours is a newly started Steel Buildings (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Manufacturing Company based in Hyderabad. Currently, we are disbursing employees' net salary without any breakup or deductions towards professional tax, etc. The management has now decided to register the company under PF and restructure the staff salaries accordingly.
I would highly appreciate it if anybody could please provide a good salary structure in accordance with the Steel Manufacturing Industry standards. Also, please suggest the different taxable and non-taxable components within the salary structure/breakup.
All seniors, your immediate response would be of great help in this matter.
Best Regards,

Dear Suneetha,
Thank you for your response and kind advice. From your reply, it seems that you are into marketing software applications! Nevertheless, in the current scenario where we have a low employee count, I could not recommend the management to go for any kind of software implementation!
Other peers, please do consider helping with your really helpful replies and clarifications.
