This is being organised by a company and papers shall be presented by young HR Professionals...we have not been given topic and asked to select any topic which, according to a particular participant, is rel....you just suggest me certain topics...thats it.

I have just completed my MBA(HR) in 2009.Since then I have been working with a small consultancy...My background is Humanities...no I have not searched...actually I got this information today only...

Then I suggest that you choose the topic that you used for your MBA project, which makes life easy for you. Also, search CiteHr where people have given ideas for projects. Also, see my posts on Research Methodology and Author Workshop (How to publish papers....). I am sure you are capable of that.
