We have 3 models of Appraisals.
1. 180
2. 360
3. 540
Please find the appraisal formats attached. Since you do not require 540 i have not attached.
540 is nothing but client will also give his comments on the resource.
Immediate boss that is reporting lead would give his comments in 180.
Immediate boss and his boss would give comments in 360.
