Dear Mr. Mohd Shaid,

Under the ESIC Act, you have to submit the declaration form within 10 days. If you fail to comply/submit the same, at the time of an ESIC inspection, the concerned inspector will write his comments in the Inspection Book. Additionally, if something goes wrong for an employee (an accident takes place), the principal employer is liable for the same. Therefore, please submit the declaration as and when the employee (eligible employee) joins the organization.
