Dear All, Is there any blacklist from where we can get or put information about absconded employees or those who are not loyal to their organisations??

Hi Sagar Sawant,
Did you receive any reply or response to your query? If not, consider why not.
If you are considering blacklisting someone's profile, please do not do it. Our small mistakes out of revenge or anger can ruin their life. If we are unhappy with a subordinate's behavior or performance, simply warn them once, and if it persists, terminate them. It is not right to think that they should never be employed anywhere. If someone were to have the same intention towards us...
So, please take this as advice if you are inquiring for such a purpose. If not, please disregard this message.
Thank you.

Hello,
First, let's set things straight. Indian companies threaten employees under the name of "blacklisting" them, so that they cannot get a job in the future. However, if you leave a company on short notice, absconding, or show insubordination, the employer CANNOT blacklist you from future employment.
If an employee discovers that a particular employer is hindering their future employment opportunities, they can sue the employer for a substantial sum of money in court and WIN!! The employer will have to face the consequences.
So, don't ever, ever think about blacklisting an employee. Things don't work that way. What you perceive as unfair may not be unfair to everyone. If an employee disappears or absconds from your organization, consider what you can do to reduce attrition rates, instead of resorting to unlawful shortcuts. That is the correct approach.
Please avoid getting involved in a class-action lawsuit. It would be highly detrimental to the company and your life, as the chairman will first hold you - the HR, accountable, along with the thousands of employees working under your supervision.

Sir,
If we do not like someone, it does not mean that he is not good for others also. Maybe the atmosphere and way of treatment, employee engagement will not motivate him. Try to mingle with the employees to find and sort out the problem for giving a solution. If you try to blacklist the employees, surely it will lead to some other direction (personally also).

Yeah, exactly. Do not try to play God. You are just one company. Stay within that realm and don't try to jeopardize the lives of employees outside that realm.
Employees these days are not fools. They will do anything and everything to bring the company down if the company performs unlawful activities like preventing future employment in any company for employees.

Dear Sir,
You are a great and innovative thinker of this era. Please proceed with developing a system to blacklist employees. I believe that a day will come when only blacklisted individuals will remain. No human is perfect, and I consider you to be capable of perfection, almost godlike. Best of luck in advance.
