Hi,
I am working for a company where us my HR team and MAnagement is telling we are not eligible for Sick Leave since we are cover under ESIC and they are declaining Earned LEave also. and in casual leave also they are saying only one leave per month and it will not be carried to next month. Kinldy clarrify me.

it seems like there must be some conditions mention in ur app. letter that in proabation period u cannot avail the leaves.
But do not worry at all, They cannot done this to u.
Pls go through the policy. Becoz, as per law, it is unethical, or unfair practice.
