I want to find out the satisfaction level of the employees with respect to the current employee welfare activities. Can anyone tell me what needs to be included in the questionnaire? What kind of questions? How exactly can I measure the satisfaction level? This is with respect to a project I need to know urgently.

I am willing to help you, but I do not have questionnaires to send. Are you studying full-time? Have you not got a tutor guide? Where will you be doing the study, and how many interns are there? Have you done any literature survey? If not, you need to do that first to establish the Research Framework. I do not have any questionnaires. Why do you have limited time when you should have known about the project's requirements months ago? You should have decided on the guide as the guide may not approve your work. I can't publicize my email ID in a public forum. Had you searched the web using keywords from your query, you would have found some info at eMJA: The National Junior Medical Officer Welfare Study: a snapshot of intern life in Australia. I would have thought that a student studying at "India's top medical college" would have done that first before seeking answers.

I have been conducting a literature survey for the past two months on a project, only to find out that my supervisors disapprove of it. That's why I have pivoted the topic in a different direction, especially since my guide is interested in this new approach. However, a drawback is that the current interns will be leaving by next week, and conducting a survey on new interns may not be the best choice.
