Interesting presentation. If you read issues of Traning and Development, a high percentage of employees are disengaged in their jobs. Because of right man right job problems, Talent management has been in vogue in the last few years. An entire profession of career coaching has arisen becasue of failure of aligning people with their jobs.
I really wonder at times what practical success can HR claim to have.
