Hi Anuj,
The most important thing when you justify any switch in a job is not to mention anything wrong about your previous organization as it will leave a bad impact on the interviewer. Secondly, analyze the amount of gap; if it's for a month, it can be well justified by mentioning any personal issue or health issue. However, if it's a 6+ gap, then it's important to analyze the reason why you left the organization - is it the work environment, planning, strategies, and elaborate on the area without being too reluctant in the negative area.
Hope this helps!!

Hi Anuj,
Further to Vasudha’s comments..there are a couple of reasons for a change as herein..
You are looking for challenges and need more responsibility. This has to be well justified and well thought out.
Seeking opportunities that just don't exist for you in your current role and potential options are limited.
Perhaps your life situation has changed as you got married or had a baby; hence you need to move on to better opportunities to support your family.
Whatever the reasons may be; it has to come from you with conviction rather than just mouthing it.
Best wishes,
