Hi Ravi,
Good work... thank you!! Really appreciable work you have done! Looking for these kinds of PPTs. It's really useful tips for HR professionals, but something I want to clarify. Please don't take it otherwise; I just want to clear some of my doubts.
One thing, some of the steps you have are related to the selection process. Are you talking about recruitment and selection process? Some steps like reference checks and the activities after this come under the selection process. Because recruitment means to attract a person for a particular job, and selection means to select a person for that job. I want to know more about it.
Please post your reply. I'm really interested to know. Could you please give me some insights on headhunting as well?
Thank you!

I am Susheel.
I am new to HR. The emails posted by citehr.com are very good. I want to know the difference between recruitment and selection processes as I am a little bit confused about this. Can you explain this difference to me?

Yes, pearl179 is correct. You have included three things, i.e., Recruitment, Selection, and Induction. However, for sure, you have covered all stages of recruitment. Good work in the end. This comment is only for encouraging you, and I hope you won't take this otherwise. Thanks for posting such informative things.
