Hi freinds,
I need to promote a culture of maintaining confidentiality in my organisation, which is extreamly lacking. I plan to put some posters around the office area which can remind & inspire employees of maintaining confidentiality. Does anyone have any that can be shared or any suggestions on where i can get them. Please advice as i need to take quick actions.
Also, i need a write-up to communicate the importance of keeping personal & business information confidential and have emloyees pledge. Can someone help me on this one too.

Please note that are 2 known methods you can “help” promote confidentiality in your organization.
1. Add it in the contract as a separate close
2. Provide Code of ethics & conduct to all employees and make then sign for reading it for existing employees
3. For newly employed add provide this information during their induction sessions and stress its importance.

Thanks for responding.
These things that you have suggested are already there but have not been taken seriously enough. I have been thinking of reiterating this through an ethincs & code of conduct note & get it signed by all employees, as you too suggested this. Do you have any such write up enforcing confidentiality? I can customize it to our needs. Let me know if you can help. At the same time, i need some posters which can be put around the office which will remind them of it. Do you have any? i can get them printed if you could send me some soft copies or can procure them if you know where i can get them.

Thanks for your response, I see that you strongly feel about the confidentiality issue, however I am not for putting posters around in the office maybe if you ask the IT department to create screen savers with these values you would like to instill in your employees and when their PC goes off the message shows.
