I would like to start a new practice in my company, as you all are aware that now a days getting a right people is worst. so i have decided to visit to all collages, institues for campus interview, as well as when we call any candidates for interview at our end he should be introduced first by giving him a few slides of presentation about company.
so i request, if anyone is already done this practice plesae help me or guide me how to go about it

This is good idea, about preparing a company profile presentation, you can prepare a ppt stating following information in an attractive manner
Cover Page ; Company logo, tagline, make it attractive, flashy and aesthatic
Introduction : What is company all about, and purpose of the PPT (campus hiring)
History : A brief note on company's history and achievements
Vision and Mission Statements
Market Offerings : What services does company offer to the market
Organizational Structure : A brief outline of company structure, you can present in a chart format.
Organizational Culture : briefly write about company values and culture.
Why Join this company : Showcase or sell benefits and positives of the company to attrach talent, add some company facilities pictures (canteen, relax zone, office furniture, office building, etc).
Recruitment process : you can mentioned standard recruitment process followed in your company (if any) such as Test, HR round, technical Round, medical test, background verification, etc etc. you can also mention list of documents candidate requires to submit at or during the recruitment process.
What it takes to join the company : Write about what kind of attitude, nature and spirit you look for in a candidate to best fit in the company, depending on nature of job and office culture.
Testimonials of the existing employees and managers : keep the write up brief and diverse, may b 3 - 5 testimonials from various departments from different mangement levels.
End of PPT : end it with a motivating quote supporting your company's vision and mission.
