I have joined as an HR Executive in a medium-scale textile company. They are retail sellers. What forms and registers must be maintained according to Labour Law in Tamilnadu? What are the mandatory things that should be done?

Regiser under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act and follow the guidlines there on like attendance register, leave register, NFH form, wage register etc.,
