Problem description: one of our employee was working on our site and he has abscond our company and join our client (with the client he was working )
Help needed: now i want to inform our client HR that the employee Mr. Xyz who is currently working with your company have abscond from our company and he is liable to pay the cash amount which he has taken as advance from the our company and also he has not return company tools which our company has provided him.
we also want to inform their HR that he have abscond the company and breached the rules of our company stated in service contract (appointment letter) and now we are going to take legal action against Mr. Xyz
can you please help me to draft me the legal mail regarding the same problem

Just try to collect advance amount given to him, just as you said write letter to HR and inform him the matter then also if he is not ready to assist you then try to contact him and tell if you will not pay advance then we will take legal action.
if your company is ready to take legal expenditure burden then hire advocate and send the notice to him, as per my concern try to collect your advance don't waste your time in legal procedures.
