Hii Rekha....You pursue an 18 months course of ISTD(Indian Institute of Training & Development) which will give u a lot of insight into the subject as well as go through a course on Instructional Design/Train The Trainer which tells you about how to design the Training Module.

Is there a possibility that I can join hands as co-trainer or assist a trainer in delivery. I am a very fast learner

Also, the website <link no longer exists - removed> has some very good tips, articles, and other resources to help as well.

Please remember however, that there is a difference between presenting and training. The two are not mutually exclusive and being a good presenter does not mean that you will be a good trainer. Training requires loads of interaction, lots of engagement from the learners - they cannot be passive in their learning or they will learn nothing! Great trainers talk less than their students, and their students rarely sit down in a session. Presenters "Say & Spray". Make sure you learn from great trainers, not great presenters.
