The advantage of a flowchart for any process is that it depicts the connections between various actions. It also helps to streamline a process if it is inefficient. Also, it helps to summarise narratives and some prefer charts.

b. It is really a very effective tool.
c.You can limit, modify, curtail the leaves.
d.However, flowchart will vary as per your own Org. Structure.
