Dear Sir/Madam,
in our organisation there is employee who have mailed resignation letter. but didn't mentioned about serving notice period. and once asked about the same. she refused. please help me with the format of non acceptance of resignation due to non serving of notice period.
legally what are other things need to be taken care of while dealing with such situations.
please help. Awaiting for some favorable reply by helper?

Dear Triveni, If You take the Legal action against the employee must be accept the Terms and condition on Join time about your resignation terms.

First reject her resignation with immediate effect. Ask her to serve the notice period/ pay in lieu thereof in terms of appointment letter upon which the resignation would be accepted.
If she remains absent/ does not serve notice period, mark her absent from service without permission or authority. May issue a charge sheet/ show cause and initiate a domestic proceedings and then may terminate the service. (this is time consuming procedure and expensive too)
Otherwise, you may wait for her to serve notice period, if she does not, you make make adjustment of full and final settlement by deducting the notice pay.
