1)I am working as a recruiter (US staffing) for my current company for 6yrs. I have worked mostly for US staffing (IT) and have good exp. but now I want to get fully into domestic recruiting. Now this is here I am facing the problem. When I go for domestic Hr recruiting interview they are saying that “we are looking for experienced domestic recruiters”. Please advice if I can be considered for domestic process
2) One of my friends told me that HR positions will be filled without coming into the market, please advice how do we know that there are openings for HR Recruiter in Software Companies and also let me know if anybody can refer me.

Sateesh I cannot help you but the answer is yes, you can shift from International to Domestic Recruitment. u can initially shift in the same company and then move to another company.

Try using your network...or moving into International recruitment in a company which also has domestic recruitment. Later on you can move into Domestic in that company. Hope this helps.
