Hi everybody.. Currently, I am working with one of the company as an Executive Assistant. Recently, I have been interviewed with the another company operating in the same field. In first interview, the panel asked my expectation. I said my figure, but they were asking me settle down below my expected salary. There is no other benefits rather than salary. Hence, I stick to my figure. Also, I have the timing issues and after taking reviews from their ex employees, I came to know that they are paying salary almost on 22 or 23 of the month.
Now, coming to the point, few days back I had an another round of discussion with their consultant, where they were ready to pay me my expected salary, even they are flexible with the time, they were agreed to the timings and also, they agreed to pay me my monthly salary between 1 to 7 of the particular month. After that I asked from them the offer letter, on basis of which I resign from my current employees. They sent me the same but without the salary figure, without the date of salary to be paid, without mention of the timing of duty hours discussed between us.
In short, there is no commitment of the points discussed, which has taken me on back foot to join them. Also, from their Ex employee, I came to know that, if any of their employee is not up to their expectation level after recruitment, they even don't give you a notice period to search for another job. The next day, security will say you are not allowed to enter the premises. Should I ask for a clear cut mention of the same in my offer letter.

Hi, Offer letter should talk about the compensation and designation primarily.
If you are convinced about their terms and salary disbursement date better you look for another offer. That will be more prudent.
Wish you all the best!
