Dear Mr. Amitabh,
You have stated that, you have engaged contract labourers in two different locations. Incase both the locations are under the jurisdiction of same District Labour Officer, then you need not obtain another Labour Licence. If it is under the jurisdiction of two different DLO's, in such case you have to obtain another labour licence from the concerned DLO under whose jurisdiction, you have deployed contract labour.
Hope, this suffice your query.

Dear Amit
Licence and registration are two different obligations. Depending on the number of employees engaged through Contract under CLA. Since u R a principal employer and have engaged more than 19 worker u need registration with the Authority. The license is issued to the Contractor if individual has more than 19 workers. For less nothing is required.
