Hi, This depends on your company policy, normally all the companies will follow appraisals yearly ones, end of financial year else before the end of financial year.

Apart from what Aditya has told, you must have completed your probation 2 months ahead usually Company get the appraisal done from your line manager and on the basis of that only one get his/her increment. So check with your company when is the appraisal done and if after appraisal you are getting the increment you can speak to your Line Manager/HR Manager.

No such provisions for periodical increase or increments or promotions are laid down or specified in any labour laws and depends upon the policies framed by the companies and usually differ from each other.
Since the companies do not want to loose the employees getting experienced in their respective fields, and to keep attached, remuneratery growth from time to time to is extended to the workforce according to their capability, behaviors, exposure, discipline and above all the prosperity and financial capability of the company concerned.
So, it better to approach to your own HR for getting the solution for your doubt.
