Hi,
My organization is about to embark on a year long Leadership program that will identify and groom potential leader over a period of 1 year through various programs and interventions.
I am part of the implementation and design team of this program. I would appreciate if anyone can share their suggestions on what kind of programs and interventions can we implement.

Dear SK,
For one of my prospective clients, recently I've put up proposal for two-year long Leadership Development Programme (LDP). For every two months participants will be trained for two days.
Do you want to conduct the training programme on similar lines? You can outsource the whole LDP to me.
LDP requires lot of threadbare organisation's study. There is no tailor made solution. You may consider my proposal since you will deal with training professional directly and no mediator in between.
