I am doing a project on "Implementing Psychometric Testing in the selection process" with a leading Indian MNC. My project includes MBTI and FIRO-B. I have already made a report on MBTI and I have done the mapping of the types with the Job Areas. If anybody needs anything on that, I would be grateful to help.
Now, I am working on FIRO-B, The test and Score sheet is done. I have some write up too, But still I need a complete information on it and the interpretation of the scores in detail. It would be of great help if somebody could give me that.

Dear Hargovind,
I have some querries.. Is MBTI Used for selection process and anybody can use it without certification coz it needs certification as per my knowledge.
I am very much interested for these tests mentioned by u.. pls give me some info regarding this.. i wud be glad.. i have attended MBTI Training for a day. and i was impressed. i m also looking for a trainer on thsi.. if u can help me out..

Firstly Hargovind, MBTI and FIRO-B are not designed for selection decisons. Please visit Myers Briggs foundation web site for the caution on this. (I personally know in India and UK where people are using these instruments for selection and the after effects as well!) It is untethical and irresponsible behavior!
If you need selction tools which have a high reliability of .78 or above as recommended by BPS, you can use 15FQPlus, Occupational Personality Profiling, Sales Preference Inventory and ability tests like GRT1&2, ART, TTB, etc which I am distributing in India.
Should you want some trials, please get in touch with me though the employer. I will assist you in this.

We also organize the same for inhouse needs.
We also provide online 360 profiling software for consultants and organizations.
I am uploading two documents that may help.
For heaven sake pls do not use psychometrics for uses not intended: it can harm not only the individual but the organisation as well.
