Dear All,
We are using punch card system for attendance , because of some issues we are not using punch cards for attendance.( Punching card machine problem, shift change,etc., but the problems are now rectified) but now our mangement decided to regularize punching system. so i want to put a circular for attendance is mandatory. so pls help.

As per the organisation policies Punch card system for attendance was mandatory. Due to the machine problem it was not in practice for some time. Even after the rectification it is been noticed that none of the employee is using punching system. I request you all to follow Punching system for attendance.
