Dear Vatchala
For Resignation acceptance purpose you need not to give any letter. You can simply acknowledge the resignation letter in the duplicate copy itself. Because the acceptance is done by higher level management and after the decision is taken you can originate an e mail stating that his resignation is accepted and his last working day will be __________. You can submit your final clearance by _______ (date).
For experience certificate you can either take the details from Form XV from Contract Labour Act, 1971. Eventhough the same is for workmen under contractor's role, we can take the details and edit as per our requirement.
With warm regards
