its not easy to specify wat one's motivating factors are... and even more difficult to write it down! :roll:
for me ... i can't think of 5 factors.. but wat i can find are:
appreciation for my work.
work which gets me interested, non-repetative.
flexi-hours... i need my space, my time.
money ... yes, partly ... i don't like a shoe-string budgt either! :)
(All exactly in that order)
wat abt u sunayna? u start a topic but never give ur own inputs on the same.
