You did not tell period that you worked in the current year. A employee needs to work for a minimum of 30 days to get bonus for the year. This is generally paid around oct/nov of each year. Since, you said you left in oct, 2017 ( presuming ) this year. You have to get next year , provided bonus is already being paid in company for past years. Hope fully you will get next year before Nov, 30. Depending on months of service and declared bonus, this will be pro-rated.

You will get bonous for the year 2017-18, provided you have 30 days of working during the year 2017-18. If you are fulfilling the criteria then your employer is bound to pay on any day after 1st April'2018 to 30th Nov, 2018.
