hi sir thanks for your guidance ,
now i have to take bond or agreement for employee stay with us long run , i want to take that bond for 1 to 2 years then what is the format and where i have to take it ? should i take this format on company letter head or judicial stamp paper actually i dont know exactly in this issue one of my friend said take the original academic certificates from employee, but i thought that keeping their certificates with us was small risk because of security reasons..
kindly request you to give me advice in this regard..
