I am working in a Outsourcing Company since 15 months. As I was sick,
I was in leave from past month. Doctors suggested me not to work for 3 months. The same thing I intimated to my office. They replied that I can join back, but i will be demoted and all my
allowances will be cutted.
I am ready to serve the company by giving notice period, but they warned me that if I am about to give the Resignation, they are going to Terminate me on the spot without giving me any work experience for
those 15months. Now what happened is, all my transactions are kept on
hold. Not even my previous salary is credited yet.
Please suggest me how to respond in this situation, and let me know what is the correct procedure to withdrawal my PF and how should I proceed if my company failed to process the PF forms. Finally, Is
there any way to know our PF balance.
Kindly help me on the above, So I can start the process as soon as possible.

what i know is PF is just like your bank account. just thing is that your company ahve the proof of that. but u can do one thing. when you change the job u give your pf number to your new company. they will start crediting your pf on that account and you can withdrawl Your PF Accordingly their guidance.
