In our company one workmen met an accident and accodingly we have admitted him in medical for the treatment.Now the doctor has advised person need operation and for that purpose around 40000 be to expense and our company has agree to spend the same .Please note that we have workmen compensation policy .so my quiry is what ever the medical expenditure bill expense should borne by the insurance company under WC policy or any other method is there to recover the same.Kindly Advise

you have to explain what type of policy you have whether it covers medical expenxes or not .you have to study your policy than only you can get the answer ,how others can reply your question when they donot know coverage of your policy.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a contractor and hv w.c.policy for our client site where our one of person death and therefore, the principal employer/client has deducted our 4 lacs without our consent and also insurance company has rejected claims because of FIR report nagative made at client site. The person who died was resident of out side India and their family could not claimed. Factory inspector also sent his report now. Can you please explain how to get our payment from WC commissioner? whether it is through lawyer/wc expert or it has to follow-up directly with client/principal employer? please advise. thanks & regards,abdul
