At first we used to submitt esic challan through other bank check but from 1 st of august2012 esic and epfo has refused to except other bank check .
so the problem is now i want to pay online esic amount . please guide me what to do because while generation of chaalan it asks for pay online and that option is cancelled at that time by me.now how should i pay.

Hi Here we are able to issue other bank cheque. They din’t stop. In that case discuss with PF/ESI office.

Bank can not refuse to accept other Bank cheque unless there is a circular / notification to this effect. According to my knowledge, there is no such circular / notification.
No one can effect any change in present system unilaterally. You are advise to meet the Branch Manager of the Bank (SBI) and talk to him, question him on what ground his Bank is refusing to accept the other bank cheque.
The Bank wants to increase their customer by this way, it seems.

Dear
Bank cannot be refuse other checks to pay the EPF And ESI. According to in my know;edge you have to meet bank manager to discuss about the payment of EPF and ESI . They will surely guide you they will clarify the doubts.
