My name is Vinoth and I am writing this on behalf of M/s. VINJEY Software.
We are looking for a HR/Labour Law compliance professional for the following
A. Conduct an Audit and provide their report. It has to cover all the items
noted in a detailed checklist like

B. Provide us with a Standard Operationg Procedure for labour law compliance.
This would involve preparing all records, registers and returns required under
labour laws and providing a SOP for ongoing maintenance of the same.
Submissions to the authorities are not part of this work.
C. Provide a legal opinion on questions that the Company has with respect to
labour/employment related laws
We would need the work to be done by a qualified professional. Both online
and offline mode is fine with us. People who have done this in multiple
other places with references would be highly preferred.
