I'm working in new food company in Dubai , and I want to handle HR department
So : I need HR forms and Procedures as U.A.E labor Law and as ISO also
and we are going to take ISO in the coming few months , So : which ISO Number it will ?
and what is the requirement for it ? is there any consultant in Dubai ???

Its not that easy for anyone of us to list down all the documents required for your organisation without having conducted detail analysis. Second thing is that, do you have experience in HRM and administrating ISO certified organisation?
