You have to add the new plot also and prepare a revised layout plan, submit to Inspectorate of Factories and get it approved.
If you have a plan for extension / or a new unit at the newly purchased plot on a later date, then do not declare now. Put a fence and let the construction be over. Till such time the site will be a construction area, and no Factories Act applicable!

A new factory lay-out drawing to be prepared afresh putting the new area. The same drawing and lay-out to be sent for approval by the office of the Factory Inspector. The area newly acquired to be brought under the boundary of factory premises. The new area developed out of inclusion to be reported to department of central excise since it is aproduction unit
The suggestion of Mr. Babu Alexander to keep in mind, if your factory goes for an extession.
Further, if you keep the area out of boundary out of existing facotory, for any construction inview of extension would come under B&OCW and cess @1% to be paid.

As per MP Factories Rules (no.9) 1962, amendment to factory license is needed if the max. B.H.P. installed on any day exceeds the limits or the max. number of workers to be employed on any day exceeds or effects any change in the name of the factory as mentioned in the existing license. These three contingencies are not mentioned by you, so there appears no necessity to amend the factory license. Merely adding a plot, could be taken care while submitting for renewal of license.
