its been 50 days since i have joined my service provider company. i provided them with my documents for the procurement of tata indicom connection for office without any question and made them write a letter for no risk/liability for the same. they haven\'t given me my appointment letter yet and neither my salary for 1st month. they are not providing me leaves when i need them urgently which was for only one day. i am a English and IELTS instructor but they make me serve water for seniors when i am free.they make me call hundreds of numbers and generate sales for their course which is not in my profile. but i do it thinking that I\'ll learn new thing.What i should do? I am also doing M.com and i need at least 2-3 days leaves in a month. they promised during the appointment interview that i will be provided with an assistant so that there is no problem when i am on leave. Should i continue this job???

Dear Nivia,
Did they provide any appointment letter? what is mentioned in that?
If you are unhappy and feel they are using you, then you can start looking for another job. Incase you can afford then concentrate on your studies and try to get high percentage.

Make them very clear that this is not your job profile and first ask for appointment letter otherwise tell them you will not going to come from next day. and ask them for salary.
U can make complain to their seniors about unfair advantage of you ..
Dont wait for moment and raise the voice..

Normally in Majority small companies issue appointment letter, confirmation letter etc very late and even they will not issue. But they will follow whatever they told you while joining / interview.
If you are not satisfied with the way of working or if you feel they are exploiting you, please register your displeasure with your immediate boss / HR / Management. If you are doing your job without opening your mouth, obviously they will think that you are ready to take up any task being allocated by them.
Better you can float your resume in portal and search for some alternate job.

but i am afraid that i wont get paid for 50 days fro which i have worked here. i have seen many fights between my branch head and carpenters and advertisers who come for their dues. and what about the documents that i have provided for intercom connection. i have the keys to my center and i open the shop every morning. what can i do take my salary and peacefully leave this company.

i dont have appointment letter and they can tell me to leave the co. without paying my dues. i know because i have seen them doing this. during the interview, the boss told me that i'll be provided with an assistant and i'll get the appointment letter in a week. he also said that i'll be the center head but i am not. he said i'll be getting my private visiting cards. now when i ask for those things he says "Dekhte hain".

There are so many things going wrong and appear suspicious and shady....
Why did they ask you to provide your own personal documents for an office telephone connection ??????
In this phone several and frequent business calls are being made and it will surely run up a huge bill....
What if the company refuses to pay the bill ????
As per your letter, the company has no liability or risk !!!!!
So you end up paying the bills or being sued for it !!!!!!
Plz get out of this exploitative situation as fast as you can.

no sir, i got the letter for no risk and no liability for my name. I have used the company's notepad where its name and address is there. and then i got it signed by the branch head or directer ( i am not clear what he is) and the phone is used at a moderate level. But anyways i have makeup my mind to leave the job.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY 50 DAYS SALARY??
I HAVE THE SHOP KEYS! SHOULD I RETURN IT AS AND WHEN I AM SAYING THAT I AM LEAVING. do they deserve Resignation letter?

Dear Nevia,

I appreciate that you have discussed before taking any step forward.

If you have decided to leave the organization then you can take bold step to get your documents and salary back.

Please read carefully and take all first three steps in one day only with top secrecy from your current organization because if this came to their knowledge they will create the criminal case against you. I have seen many cases of this kind.

1.0 You must take the copy of attendance records and other records whatsoever it is to prove yourself a employee of that company.

2.0 visit to your nearest labour commisioner and mark give your complaint in writing to him as well to local SP's office.

3.0 You must go for FIR direct from SP office, for your salary and documents.

4.0 As a professional, you must resigne instead of get absonded. because I can understand where you are currently working and what stitation will come if you leave the organziation without resignation.

5.0 After step 3.0 you handover the charge (office assets whatever you have in front of legally valid officer)

But they are saying they will give it shortly. and i can’t make out their shortly is how long. and i hate the work they are involving me in of sales and marketing.
