Requesting for increment in salary
Sir/Madam
I want request to my boss for the increment in my salary and change of designation. Currently my position is credit controller and 3 months ago my senior management made new structure in the company and me as acting Accounts Manager because company were not making good profit. I worked hard and proved them to deserve the same position. I caught some people who were stealing the money via making fake vouchers, invoices etc. and were showing false commision paid to customer. Now our company is good financially balanced and making profit. In the process of investigating 2 senior Manager level people were involved in theft.
My senior management told me verbally they are happy with my work but still not giving me increase in my salry and changing my designation on manager level. Can some one please help me sending sample letter, so then I can request and remind my management that its time to take action for me in regards to increase my salary.
