Hi Dude,
no need to scared, you need to follow these points.
1. show notice in notice board -----(DO NOT SPIT in the Office Premises if found company will impose fine on you)
2. Install CC Camera
3. Install Spittoons.
4. Every week take group meeting regarding awareness of cleanness of the organisation as well as company goals.
5. and also pest some slogan
these above point may help you to cope with this kind of problem.

Yes, As said by Arunbansal007 the best idea is to draw some holy pictures on the walls.
In school and Temple Compound Walls, the management does like that only to avoid urination and spoiling by pasting notices.
This will work out surely.

Hi all
suppose if an employee has habit to spit on ladder wall, than the above advise is useful?. And also in office premises you cannot pest holy picture more than one location.
Secondly you cannot pest holy picture inside the bathroom; this will hurt the sentiment of every Employee.

Without getting walls painted with holy pictures(it cant be painted everywhere)..I am sure there should be a simple & unique solution to change bad habits of your employees..... With profound regards

Long ago I had read that the Kolkata underground system was pride of the city. So, I checked the web to see if it was still like that (no spitting of pan, etc). To my surprise, the problem exists but not to the extent it happens on the buses, etc. Please see Kolkata Metro Updates - Page 184 - SkyscraperCity
If you know who the culprits are making them clean up the mess and paint may deter them reoffending.
Have a nice day.

First of all Ban the Panmasala / Gutka / Ciggaretes inside the office premises, since it could help to improve the health condiditons of the employees rather pasting the holy pictures....
First of all try to find the solution from the scratch where the problem starts.... so BAN Pan items & etc., so that there is no need to advice / paste the holy things..........
Create awareness among the employees about intaking of Pan & its side affects & atleast in working hours they wont take these & it ll be really helpful to improve their Health Conditions...
