Find out the top three business and employee priority . Concentrate the one which is best aligned. Such as the business is expanding hence your HR Functional priority is Hiring and Traning .
As an HR Initiative , take a re- look at your training and design an orientation program that will reduce the training time and ensure faster billablity for the talent . You may implement a new employee friendly Compensation structure , training & development program to make your functions more effective.
A Corporate Social Responsiblity Program is ideal , you can train employees on CSR and Code of Conduct to enhance Corporate Citizenship.
