I work in HR dept of a small company which looking for a salary structure to avoid higher PF contribution after new amendments in PF law. Does anyone have a new structure or suggestions??

I feel your query is regarding ceiling hike of salary to Rs. 15000/- and minimum pension as Rs. 1000/-. To my knowledge EPFO has not released any circular in this regard. I think the above proposal may come into force w.e.f 01.04.2014. However wait till the release of circular by EPFO.
