Dear Friend,
It is really nice to see the people like you are taking efforts to develop others. I have gone thro your files and I just have following points to add: -
1. Use some creative methods to make this training program announce and generating curiosity in minds of participants.
2. Kindly mention the short term benefits to participants first so that they will "face" the training program.
2. Evaluate nature of participants, so that you will understand and able to answer the queries of participants.
3. Does they have any exposure to such behavioral training programs? (not necessary by you)
4. Make necessary brake arrangements (Approx. time for your entire training program will be 1 and 1/2 hour)
5. Decide first the evaluation method / process for trainer and trainees.
6. Decide the time frame to see / judge the changes happening in individuals.
7. Have refreshment program atleast once in fortnight to encourage people about developments and get feedback / solve the problems within this transformation phase
Hope you don't mind about above points.

Divisha, the power point presentation was really great. It is said that in management, there is always a continous clash between the urgent and the important. My personal belief is that since one has to do the trivial tasks as well, there should be plenty of people to do the them so that the best brains can focus on the core competence.
