Dear Mr. Dilip
As a matter of fact, the difference between the workforce and management must be reduced and the welfare part of the workforce must be taken care of. If the Management where they have the permanent workplace (Factories) for its workforce. They must give good accommodation, Medical Facilities for the workforce and their families and good education to the wards of the workforce and due recognition for the workers, top ranking children of the workers will surely fetch good returns in productivity side as well as interpersonal relationship side.
The Management also place some redressal grievance system in three tier level in all the factories because almost all the labour unrest are taking place in the Manufacturing sectors and secondly in Mining Sector.
Thanks for sharing such nice materials with our members Mr. Dilip.
