I got offer from new company but no pf part in salary breakup? should i asked for including for that? how it will effect if it is left..not a part of salary structure? thanks

If the number of employees is 20 or more than this, then only company is required to be registered under PF and ESI Act...
So might be the strength of employees would eb less than 20..

I have a small query. If the No.of employees are more than 100 is it not compulsary to implement PF. Is it the company's wish to implement it or not? It would be of great help if i can get this reply.
