I have done my MBA in Personnel Management in 2012. Starting with my career I was looking for an HR job in a Company but i didn't get the job in a company then i joined a placement firm but after 5 months i left the job because i do not want to work in placement firm.
As an MBA H.R i want to work HR Generalist Profile but problem with me is i m experienced in recruitment & i m having theoretical knowledge not having practical knowledge in PF , ESI, and so on.
last 3 months i m looking job
in a company , i have given the lots of interview in H.R in different sectors but i didn't get the job.
now i m confused what should i do now ?

Well, if you want to work as an HR generalist but you specialized in recruitment so better if you do certification or short term courses for other HR process, go for SAP in HR module you can do along with your jib as an HR and when you finish these certification and specialization in other HR process, you can register with job-portals as well as be active on professional networks like LinkedIN etc. Sooner or later it will sure help in getting your desired job as an HR generalist in a company.

I am from a BPO background and got 6 months experience in HR (Voice process) for 6 months.
I am looking for a transit from BPO to HR.
