I have been relieved of my last employment almost an year back and is now self employed. I have forwarded my PF claim form to my ex-employer with all the details duely filled in after 3 months from the date relieval . I have been following up the matter with them since then. But they are in no mood to forward my application to the concerened office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. Advise alternate/further action required from my side to get my due Pf amount accrued during the 5years and 8 months service with the organization.

hi Krishan,
to withdraw the PF amount you need to fill the two forms-form-19 & 10 c. just get your forms signed by the authorized signatory of the previous company and submit the forms to the EPF organisation. the transfer of the PF amount is a time consuming process.
