you need to have right experience and expertise for the role of operations manager.
# an overview of staffing calcultaions and staff planning is needed however in most companies WFM manager does this, Ops manager reviews and gives input.
#coe knowledge will be an added advantage
# if That person is PMP certified it becomes little easy
Preparing score card, Tracking an UPCOMING HIRING NUMBERS, preparring ramp up plan, preparing R&R policy and budgets....
These are some of the things an Operations Manager should know.
