Someone can explanation - What is the difference between - Working days and calendar days? What is better for the employee?

Calendar Days are consecutive 24 Hours Day in a Year or Month or Week whwereas Week Days are the running Days when an Employed Person or Self Employed Person is on Duty / Work/Workplace after which s/he avails or becomes entitled to be Off-Duty For instance the Person after 5 or 6 Days avails Off Days which are largely as per the Employment Laws applicable.

Working days in reference to any job as employee with any organisation/ establishment means the days when employee works and spends his working ours in services to employer and awails Off in a week
Usually there are 26 working days in a month while every working day constitutes 8 hrs a day.
A calender day is a day which is 24 hrs and a month includes 30/31 days in a month where day includes 12 hrs and night includes 12 hrs.

the company policy for annual vacation is calculated as calendar days
if the employee take vacation from 02/11/2019 and return back to work on 09/11/2019
all holidays and weekends in between these two dates are considered and counted as leave days.
is correct or no.

Leave as per the leave with wages has stipulated number of days.
Any period of leave starts excluding holidays prefixed and ends excluding the sufixed holidays.In between days of weekly off are considerwd as leave only.
