Hello,
I just started a job as Admin HR for a company. I am tasked with restructuring the office policy and processes. The company has expanded in a very short period. I need some tips to guide me in organizing personnel records and to enhance efficiency in output of employees.

Please help us understand your complete requirement. Incase you are working on Policy restructuring , please study what are the requirement within the company. You mentioned that it had expanded in a very short while. Hence , you need to list the current policies to a list of , the requirement and the best practices with your verticals, preferably the practices by the industry leaders and the your compettitors . Therafter find the best fit for your company and draft it .
