Sub: Complaint letter for labour court
I'm working in a proprietor( ….. Art Printers) from last 7 years, 4 months before in duty hours while traveling for official work I had an accident in auto and facture in my right leg. Since then I m medically unfit. My employer paid my 40% of medical bills and salary of 2 months only. When I asking about my balance payment of medical bills payment and balance salary he regret me. Now we have lost hope in him that he will pay us, so I'll decided to write a letter to Labour court.
I request you all to kindly help me to draft a letter, treat this has most urgent and help us.

I worked in an organisation called infoplus technologies, which is in perungudi and they put me in a permanent payroll but signed an offer letter which stated a contract to work for 2 years and when 1-1/2 years was over, i was terminated from the service stating i applied to another job
i joined the company sept 24, 2012 and was taken from the company april 4th, 2014, and i was on leave on that day... on april 7th i was asked by HR manager showing me the resume i applied and was given a termination letter..
please let me know what can I do now.. i am not paid any compensation or salary.
i cannot move to any job... i have 14+ years of experiance

I was worked lalithaa jewellery podicherry branch as a branch manager. First is they are not provide me any offer letter and now they send me out from job for silly reason and also they are not given my salary of rupess 35 k which i was worked 25 days. when i asked they are frankly told me not possible. and where u want u complient we not bhather abouth that.
kindly give me solution on this .
Note: not only my self lot of staffs are facing same problem and salary date is not stable. alla staffs are facing too much problem
