Hi All,
Please reply and clarify my Query.
In our State Factory rules, we have provision for Renewal of Licence and the provision says that the Licence deemed given if the application is made on time as specified in the Rule till the time the factory does not get the renewed licence. My query is if the factory apply for amendment and renewal at the same time, will it be deemed given or it will amount to not have licence at all
